L42 Business Center offers more than a simple venue. We also provide a full range of services to give you the best event experience possible.

Our spaces

The four rooms at L42 can host groups from 2 to 100 persons. Enjoy the pleasure of making the space yours by having the furniture and equipment arranged as you wish, and optimize the success and productivity of your event.

Modular space

We always find the best solution for your set up needs. Our furniture can be set up in a classic way, but also be used to create a relaxed set up in a space full of positive energy. Anything is possible here, just ask for it.

Soundproof

Do you hear any road noise? No? Well, this is quite normal: our venues have been totally soundproofed. You won’t even hear a horn even in the busiest business neighborhood of Brussels !

AV equipment

Our venues are equipped with standard AV equipment, allowing you to manage your event in a smooth way: Full HD Beamer, Smart TVs, Mobile TV, white screens, microphones, loudspeakers, etc.

More specific needs ?

You have more specific or complex needs in AV? No problem, we work with the best AV partners in town! They all have a great expertise and efficiency when dealing with the high expectations of our clients. Our partners can provide sound, video and light equipment, as well as simultaneous interpretation material, livestreaming solutions, IT material, specialized technicians and more. Ask for a quote and let us do the rest!

Our trusted providers always deliver the best quality of food and drinks, with a special attention to local products and specific food requirements (vegan, gluten free or lactose/dairy free). Healty and organic options are also possible.

Coffee breaks and walking lunches

You need a well-deserved break before going back to this intense meeting? Enjoy a quick sandwich lunch, a more sophisticated buffet, some cookies with your cup of coffee, or a fruit salad to get energized. We can arrange anything you need for a fulfilling break.

Cocktails and drinks

Grab a drink with your group to celebrate this productive day! Pick amongst our selection of Belgian beers or have a glass of wine. Feeling hungry? We can also arrange an array of finger food to finish the day with a delicious touch!
